Wont let me log in!!! great app but cant use because it wont save anything since I can log in.

Ive have been using this app since November 2015. Its been fun designing. However be warned as others have said, I am now having trouble logging in. I have an online account as well and shared the same log on id and password. All was fine until 2 days ago when I wanted to use the app and noticed I was logged off. I tried to log in as usually and this time the app did not log me in. At the time I thought it was my iPad. I restarted my iPad and still not resolved as other apps do. Eventually I received a message on the login page that my email was already a community user and to check my email and password again. I went to my online account and logged in just fine and noticed the profile picture was the one I used on the iPad app. I actually never use the on line version. But apparently they communicate some how. So now I have lost all my 50 designs and cant use this app anymore. Ive sent emails to support and not even received an auto reply from Autodesk that they at least received my emails. Inclusion be ware if this happens one day, its not your device that is broken. Other than that, have fun designing!

App was working fine for over a year with dozens of saved designs and even a handful on the design stream ... then all of a sudden yesterday I opened the app and just like that it wont recognize my email or login. AutoDesk please fix. As a Professional Engineer I utilize many of your other products professionally and I know you can do better than this. Rating will change if issue is fixed for the number of us who have now reported this issue. ---update 4/22 able to log in again, hope problem fix is permanent and fixed for others also---rating revised to 4 stars, would be 5 if new products such as curtains more often---

Every single time I go on this app to paint my walls it doesnt work. It is so annoying always going back in to the app.And when I sign out and go back on to the app it deleted all my work so curse this app.
